I will be processing, roasting and delivering coffee orders today, tomorrow and Saturday, then taking a week out during the Christmas and New Year. You can continue to place your orders during the Christmas New Year period, for your order to be roasted and dispatched on Tuesday January 2nd. In summary;
 This coffee was roasted fresh and is now in the cooling process after being dumped out of the roasting chamber. Anyone for an espresso?
